A traditional card this week using the lovely Great Tidings stamps and dies bundle.
Supplies:
- White card base 21 x 14.7cm scored at 10,5cm
- Night of Navy card 10.4 x 14.6cm
- White card stamped layer approx 10 x 10cm plus scraps
- Gold embossing powder and Versamark ink
Use the frame die to cut out the pattern for the Night of Navy layer. Gold emboss a chosen sentiment and star on the front of the layer as shown.
Stamp two wise men onto the smaller white layer so they will fit within the frame. Stamp the third one on a scrap piece. Colour them all using Stampin Blends of your choice then die cut the single wise man.
Adhere the white layer as shown on the video so it fits well within the frame. Use dimensionals to stick on the frame, Add the third wise man. Highlight crowns and gowns with Wink of Stella.
You can use this basic layout – a frame surrounding an image – with other stamp Sts you may have. Die or fussy cutting a central image or part of an image adds dimension without making it too thick to post.
Don’t forget to stamp the inside of your card and your envelope too!
