These cards use the Painted Poppies stamp set and accompanying Painted Label dies. Sentiments are from the Peaceful Moments stamp set.
Measurements for the basic cards:
- Basic White Card base 21cm x 14.8cm, scored at 10,5cm
- Coloured panels: 14.3 x 10cm
- White panels: 13.9 x 9.5cm
- Pieces of Poppy Parade, Basic White and Old Olive
- Old Olive ink pad and Memento black ink.

Enjoy making these cards and don’t forget to stamp the inside of your cards and decorate your envelopes. (I used a mixture of the field poppies and smaller single poppy stamps.)
Sympathy card:
Use black for the coloured panel. Die cut the sentiment panel with the larger label die and stamp sentiment on the right hand side.
Stamp the small splatter stamp over the bottom half of the card using stamped-off Old Olive.
Stamp the frond leaves in Old Olive as shown.
Stamp one large and one smaller Poppy in memento onto Poppy Parade cardstock and die cut.
Stamp and cut three small leaves.
Attach to card as shown.
Add large poppy and sentiment panel using dimensionals.
Splatter card:
Colour layer is cut in Poppy Parade.
Stamp the sentiment as shown at the bottom right of the white panel.
Using the large splatter stamp, stamp across the White panel above the sentiment as shown.
Die cut the centre white panel from a scrap piece of card with the larger label die.
Stamp the image in Memento, colour with Poppy Parade and Old Olive blends.
Adhere to card using dimensionals.
Raised panel 1:
- White centre panel 9 x 6cm
- Old Olive layer: 9.4 x 6.4cm
Using temporary tape, stick white panel onto white layer just above the centre.
Stamp sentiment bottom right of card.
Stamp the poppy field stamp across the card (twice fits well). Remove small white panel.
Colour poppies with Poppy Parade.
Stick small white panel onto Old Olive layer then stick panel onto card using dimensionals, lining up the poppy stamp.
Stamp one large and two smaller poppies onto Poppy Parade cardstock and die cut.
Stamp and die cut two small leaves from Old Olive
Attach to card as shown.
Raised panel 2:
- White centre panel 10.4 x 5.5 cm
- Poppy Parade layer: 10.8 x 5.9 cm
Using the smaller poppy stamp, stamp in Memento, slightly overlapping, to cover the white layer.
Stick to main Poppy Parade layer then to base card.
Attached white centre panel to Poppy Parade layer and stick to base card.
Stamp sentiment on a scrap of white. Die cut or punch oval and stick to a bigger scalloped oval in Poppy Parade. Attach using dimensionals.
Stamp and die cut four small leaves from Old Olive. Stamp one large and two smaller poppies onto Poppy Parade cardstock and die cut.
Attach to centre panel, attaching centre large poppy with dimensionals.
