Have you seen the Forever Love suite in the mini catalogue? It was the first suite to catch my eye. It has the beautiful Lifetime of Love bundle (stamp set and dies), gorgeous Forever Love DSP, Pretty Peacock adn Gold ribbon to die for and some beautiful Petal Pink and Pretty Peacock gems. There is also a set of Gold Foiled Flower cards and envelopes. I kept looking at these but could not decide what to do with them.
They could be used just as they are because there is so much detail in the gold foil flowers and leaves that cover the cards, of course. But I decided to add some embossed vellum to spice it up – which could not be simpler.
I used a scrap piece of vellum that needs to be the width of the cards (4 1/4″ or 10.7cm) and between 2.5cm and 3cm high (1-1 1/4″) – enough to provide room for the sentiment you wish to use and any decoration you want to add.
