Cutting a frame on a top layer on your card to showcase your image is simple but looks very fancy.
I used a laying oval die here, but you can use any die that will frame your chosen image. This image is from a retired set, but it is so suitable for a retirement card.
The trick is to make sure you stamp your image in the right place which is what I show you in the video.
