This beautiful acetate box will hold four normal sized cards and envelopes and makes a lovely gift. All try supplies you’ll need are shown below. The instructions for the four cards and envelopes it will hold are in a separate post.
INSTRUCTIONS – WRAP
Cut a strip of Symbols of Fortune paper 12″ x 6″ (i.e.half a sheet) to form the box wrap.
Make up an acetate box.
Holding one end of the paper underneath the centre of the box, crease the paper against the bottom fold of the box. Remove the box and fold with your bone folder making sure the paper crease is straight.
Repeat for the other sides of the box.The wrap should fit snugly.
When complete, use strips of tear’n’tape on each end of the paper to stick it down.
Wrap Soft Succulent ribbon around box and tie in a bow at the side.
INSTRUCTIONS – DECORATION
Smoky Slate panel 8.5cm x 11.5cm
Basic Black panel 7.5cm x 10.5cm
Basic White panel 6.5cm x 9.5cm
Stamp your chosen leaves and stem in Crumb Cake on the Basic White panel. Add seed heads in Smoky Slate. Adhere panels together on front of box. (NOTE: you can cut two of each panel to form a panel for the back to add a greeting if you want.)
Stamp sentiment and flower head on scrap pieces of Basic White. Fussy cut out, cutting the sentiment in half as shown and forming diagonal edges. Add to box front with dimensionals.
Punch out two seed heads in metallic gold card and add behind flower.
Insert your cards and envelopes and make someone’s day with a gorgeous gift.
