These are two cards I made with the lovely Sentimental Swirls stamp set. This set is to celebrate one million sales by one of our UK demonstrators, Sam Hammond. Well done Sam! That is such an amazing achievement.
The set has swirls, flowers, butterflies and birds and matches two of our current punches, the Flowers and Leaves punch and the Strawberry builder punch.
MEASUREMENTS and SUPPLIES
Sentimental Swirls stamp set
Colour cardstock of your choice 27.6cm x 10.5 cm scored nat 14.8cm
Basic White card front panel 10cm x 14.2cm
Basic White inner card panel 9.5cm x 13.8cm
Ink pad to match your card colour plus a coordinating colour of your choice
Scraps of Basic White for flowers
Flowers and Leaves punch
Timeless Labels punch
Basic rhinestone gems
Gold enamel dots
Brushed Brass Butterfly gems
INSTRUCTIONS
Base cardstock in Night of Navy cut lengthways and scored at 14.8cm
Stamp large swirls stamp in Night of Navy randomly to cover Basic White front panel. Stamp bird outline onto a suitable swirl in Night of Navy then stamp bird filler in coordinating colour – I used Balmy Blue. Stick panel to front of card base.
Stamp three small outline flowers in Night of Navy onto scrap Basic White. Stamp fill with coordinating ink – I used Balmy Blue.
Punch out flowers with Flowers and Leaves punch. Adhere randomly to card front.
Stamp sentiment on Basic White scrap in Night of Navy. punch out with Timeless Labels.
Punch out Timeless Labels Night of Navy piece. Cut this in half and adhere behind sentiment as shown in picture. Add completed sentiment to card using dimensionals.
Add basic rhinestone gems to centres of flowers.
Stamp inner panel as wanted and adhere.
Don’t forget to decorate your envelope, too!

Base cardstock in Soft Suede cut lengthways and scored at 14.8cm
Stamp large swirls stamp in Soft Suede randomly to cover Basic White front panel. Stick to front of card.
Stamp three small outline flowers in Soft Suede onto scrap Basic White. Stamp fill with coordinating ink – I used Crumb Cake.
Punch out flowers with Flowers and Leaves punch. Stick randomly to card front using Tombow or mini dimensionals
Stamp sentiment on Basic White scrap in Soft Suede. punch out with Timeless Labels.
Punch Timeless Labels Soft Suede piece. Cut this in half and adhere with Tombow behind sentiment as shown in picture. Add sentiment to card using dimensionals.
Add gold enamel dots (or gems of choice) to centres of flowers and some brushed brass butterflies as desired.
Stamp inner panel as wanted using Soft Suede and adhere.
Don’t forget to decorate your envelope, too!
